When our muscles are not receiving a clear command from our brain as to what exactly we want them to do, it results in incorrect biomechanics.

The muscles then engage in an incorrect pattern. As a result it strains the muscles in a way they were not designed to function, fatigues them and predisposes the person to soft tissue injuries.

It limits coordination and athletic performance in an athlete. However, you don’t have to be an athlete, every day activities in all of us are altered as well.

Technique

Normalizing the alignment of key points of the spine is the first step in alleviating muscle pains. There are no “adjustments”. The correction is done strictly using soft techniques. The alignment is accomplished by gently activating specific muscles to reposition a joint.

The next step in the process is to test individual muscles of the muscle group to assess if they are neurologically intact and, when necessary, correct the muscle’s internal mechanisms and its related structures to bring it back to optimum function.
